Fratelli Branca, the Milan-founded distillery behind Fernet Branca with operations in Italy, Argentina and beyond, needed to modernize expense management as the business scaled. Faced with manual spreadsheets, piles of receipts and inconsistent documentation, CIO Gastón Vega prioritized a digital, agile solution to eliminate paperwork, reduce errors and improve control across teams.

Working with certified partner Concentrix Catalyst, Fratelli Branca implemented SAP Concur Expense—bringing mobile receipt capture, ML/AI data extraction and integration with SAP ERP. The rollout (delivered with agile methods) sped reimbursements, removed paper, increased transparency, compliance and productivity, and freed staff—especially sales—to focus on revenue-generating work while enabling future expansion into additional Concur modules.
