SAP Concur implemented an employee rewards program integrated directly into Concur Travel to influence booking behavior. The result was a major improvement: Feld Entertainment saw actual savings of 36% versus an anticipated 17% in the first year, while adoption of Concur Travel booking rose from 35% to 88%.
