EDSI is a workforce development and talent‑solutions firm with about 650 employees and more than 40 offices nationwide. The company relied on spreadsheets for travel and expense (T&E) management, which consumed staff time, obscured travel spend, hindered policy compliance, and slowed reimbursements—prompting a need to cut processing costs and gain visibility into travel spending.

EDSI implemented SAP Concur Travel, Expense, and Invoice to consolidate and automate T&E processes and enable mobile receipt capture. As a result, expense input time fell by about 75%, processing time dropped roughly 66%, reimbursements are four times faster, policy compliance rose to 95%, and visibility into travel spend increased from 0% to around 50%, freeing resources to focus on its mission.
