Danfoss A/S, a global industrial machinery and components company, faced fragmented back-office systems across dozens of sites (about 19 separate ERPs) and needed better visibility and control of indirect spend, procurement, travel, and expense processes across roughly 100 countries while scaling its digital transformation.

Danfoss implemented SAP S/4HANA and integrated SAP Ariba (sourcing, buying with guided buying, contracts) and SAP Concur (Travel & Expense), consolidating systems and automating workflows.
