Cinemark Holdings, Inc., the third-largest motion picture exhibitor with 430 theaters, 4,945 screens and 13,600 employees, was growing rapidly across the U.S. and 13 Latin American countries and opening several new theaters each year. Cinemark implemented Concur Premier with travel, expense and mobile, allowing employees to book travel, import charges automatically, photograph receipts and complete reports on their phones while managers approve remotely. The change produced streamlined, more accurate expense tracking, eliminated manual coding and paper receipts, delivered time and cost savings, and freed staff (including the travel manager) to focus on core responsibilities.
