General Mills, Inc., a global food manufacturer with 41,000 employees, needed to standardize travel and expense (T&E) processes across its international operations. General Mills deployed Concur Expense, Concur Travel, Concur for Mobile and Concur Service Administration, completing rollout across 22 countries within three years with a six-person team. The new platform improved user satisfaction (about 80% rated it an obvious improvement), enabled mobile receipt capture and 24/7 support, increased compliance and process efficiency, and saved $1.4 million in T&E costs.
