AgriBank, a major Farm Credit System funding bank serving 14 member Associations, faced slow, paper- and spreadsheet-driven expense and invoice processes that required manual auditing and created inefficiencies both internally and for its clients. The institution needed a modern, scalable solution to streamline AP, expense reporting and provide better visibility for managers and associations across its 15-state district.
AgriBank implemented the SAP Concur suite (Expense, Invoice, TripIt, Budget, ExpenseIt and related tools), introducing automated workflows, mobile receipt capture, OCR invoice processing and near‑real‑time budget access, then extended the platform to its Associations. The changes cut AP time on expense reports by about 50%, sped approvals and payments via mobile, eliminated much manual data entry, improved document retrieval and user experience, and strengthened service offerings to its client‑owners.
