Vileda, a global cleaning-products company, wanted to improve customer experiences and strengthen sales and service operations across its business-to-consumer and business-to-business channels. To do this, Vileda worked with SAP Commerce Cloud alongside SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud to replace fragmented processes and gain better access to customer, sales, and service data.

SAP Commerce Cloud helped Vileda launch and scale direct-to-consumer e-commerce while integrating web orders with SAP ERP for faster fulfillment, stock automation, and order updates. With SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud, Vileda improved reporting and real-time insights, and by connecting master data across systems it cut sales forecast deviation by more than 10% in some countries.
