Transforming Campaign Data Reporting and Reducing Wasted Time

Vodafone (Vodafone Italy) needed to link online prospect activity with leads, sales and activations handled offline across many call centers and different CRM systems, a process that made campaign reporting manual, slow and error-prone. To address this, Vodafone worked with SAP Commerce Cloud, leveraging the Adverity Marketing Data Analytics Platform (available on the SAP Store) and integrations with SAP Marketing Cloud and SAP Business Technology Platform to unify offline and online data sources.

SAP Commerce Cloud implemented an end-to-end data integration and automation solution—using the Adverity platform—to create a business-intelligence–ready single source of truth, automate data flows across multiple CRMs and provide secure, role-based access for stakeholders. The project delivered rapid, measurable impact: a 75% reduction in wasted time on assembling and analyzing reports, roughly one week saved per month in reporting, about 12 hours a day saved for 20+ people, improved data robustness with far fewer ad-hoc extractions and email exchanges, and significant cost savings.
