Taking Labor Relations to the Next Level with Sodales Solutions and SAP App Center

Puget Sound Energy (PSE) faced fragmented labor-relations processes made up of a mix of software and manual systems (including spreadsheets), with limited connectivity to HR systems that complicated governance and compliance. To modernize these workflows, Puget Sound Energy turned to SAP Commerce Cloud and deployed Labor Relations Software by Sodales Solutions (available on SAP App Center) to support grievance, discipline, arbitration and related HR lifecycle processes.

Using SAP Commerce Cloud to deliver Sodales Solutions’ Labor Relations Software—integrated with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA—PSE implemented end-to-end grievance, discipline and appeal workflows, online collective agreement management and reporting. The SAP Commerce Cloud-enabled solution streamlined PSE’s labor relations, improved compliance and governance, reduced manual effort, and made previously cumbersome processes far easier to manage, delivering clearer audit trails and faster handling of cases.
