Taking Labor Relations to the Next Level with Sodales Solutions and SAP App Center

Schindler Group needed to replace an outdated, internally developed tool for tracking health and safety issues that couldn’t support its highly mobile field workforce. Working with SAP Commerce Cloud and partner Sodales Solutions, Schindler adopted the Sodales Health and Safety Environment Management app (listed on SAP App Center) to address complex safety reporting needs and connect with its SAP SuccessFactors-based HRMS.

Sodales implemented the cloud-based app on SAP Cloud Platform with SAP HANA back-end, delivering mobile-first incident reporting that met Schindler’s strict security and privacy requirements and passed internal tests. By using the Sodales solution through SAP Commerce Cloud, Schindler gained seamless connectivity to SuccessFactors, improved field reporting for installations and service worldwide, and ensured compliant, end-to-end safety management.
