South Shore, a North American furniture manufacturer, faced incomplete product visibility across external channels, limited customer feedback capture, unreliable reporting, and a lack of dependable data to understand buyer demographics. To tackle these challenges the company engaged SAP Commerce Cloud (with SAP Service Cloud and integrated ERP analytics) to evaluate customer data and improve online merchandising and inventory messaging.

SAP Commerce Cloud implemented analytics, improved content management and a remote SAP Service Cloud rollout, enabling better data evaluation and a more user-friendly shopping experience. The results include 20,000+ new sales since implementation, 862 newsletter link clicks in the first two weeks, 850+ ad/pop-up click-throughs, and measurable improvements in product design, reporting and customer experience.
