How SAP solutions have helped Yáneken create stellar online retail experiences that keep its customers happy and coming back

Yáneken is a family-owned Chilean sportswear and accessories retailer with more than 150 stores and a growing online presence that includes nine e-commerce sites. Wanting to drive greater sales and support true omnichannel experiences, Yáneken faced only 2% of sales online in 2019 and needed an integrated platform; it engaged SAP Commerce Cloud (together with SAP S/4HANA Retail and SAP Customer Activity Repository) to provide the technological foundation for omnichannel storefronts.

Using SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP Services, Yáneken launched dedicated brand storefronts (Crocs, Bamers, Belsport), implemented real-time stock and channel orchestration via SAP Customer Activity Repository, and integrated merchandise management with SAP S/4HANA Retail. The results were dramatic: 231% more site traffic (254% more from new shoppers), online sales rose from 2% to 16% of total sales (627% growth in online sales in 2020), average customer spend increased more than 65%, and new-customer orders reached 10% of revenue—clear, measurable impact from SAP Commerce Cloud.
