MindRay, a Shenzhen-based medical-technology company serving hospitals in more than 190 countries with a portfolio of 300 products, faced poor transparency and distorted dealer data that limited control over products sold to dealers. To gather and control dealers’ product data and accelerate user adoption, MindRay engaged SAP Commerce Cloud with support from SAP Services and Support.

SAP Services and Support deployed SAP Commerce Cloud to create an integrated platform for 28 pilot dealers — a one-stop portal (with WeChat, web and mobile access), dealer training, and promotion — that improved visibility for forecasting and closed the gap between stock delivered and products installed. The solution raised dealers’ inventory accuracy to 95%, processed 2,100 orders into and out of the warehouse in just over a month, and measurably improved delivery and service levels for MindRay.
