Using SAP Commerce Cloud as the backbone, SAP deployed a consolidated marketplace with a single-login experience, support for 30 payment methods and 70 currencies, seven languages, and centralized customer data for transparency and personalization. The solution enabled real-time purchases and flexible order changes, boosting client satisfaction and allowing DAIMANI to deliver the full VIP treatment worldwide while advancing toward paperless, secure operations.
