DAIMANI, the world’s first marketplace for VIP hospitality experiences, faced a fragmented global offering and needed a single, secure platform to enable real-time purchasing, 24/7 customer service, paperless transactions, and personalized VIP packages. To meet these challenges it partnered with SAP Commerce Cloud and related SAP cloud solutions to centralize offers, streamline customer journeys, and support global localization and security requirements.

Using SAP Commerce Cloud as the backbone, SAP deployed a consolidated marketplace with a single-login experience, support for 30 payment methods and 70 currencies, seven languages, and centralized customer data for transparency and personalization. The solution enabled real-time purchases and flexible order changes, boosting client satisfaction and allowing DAIMANI to deliver the full VIP treatment worldwide while advancing toward paperless, secure operations.
