SAP Commerce Cloud delivered an always-on buying experience that lets customers check stock, view personalized pricing, place orders any time and use guest checkout and click-and-collect; Saint‑Gobain rolled the solution out to 500 Jewson branches during COVID and to six additional brands. The implementation drove measurable impact—25,000 online account registrations, a 34% increase in website visitors in one year, increased sales to consumers and SMBs, reduced total cost of ownership and better search visibility.
