HORSCH - Customer Case Study

HORSCH, a family-owned manufacturer of agricultural machinery, was facing rapidly rising sales and increasing administrative burdens that left service staff with less time for personal customer interactions. To digitize warranty, repair & maintenance and create a dealer information portal, HORSCH selected SAP Commerce Cloud (implemented with SAP partner Sybit) to streamline customer-facing processes and give sales partners quick access to product and order information.

Using SAP Commerce Cloud, implemented agilely with Sybit and largely on standard processes, HORSCH launched a Portal that centralizes machine registration, order and warranty status, and maintenance workflows. SAP Commerce Cloud accelerated warranty processing, improved transparency of the machine fleet (including dealer-located machines), reduced administrative tasks for service reps, and boosted customer service and partner satisfaction by enabling faster repairs and more time for direct customer engagement.
