SAP Commerce Cloud, implemented with SAP Services and Support, integrated marketplaces, logistics, inventory and SAP ERP to automate order-to-settlement workflows, enable review extraction/keyword matching, and provide full inventory visibility with role- and data-based isolation for multi‑country operations. The deployment (live Nov 2022) delivered measurable impact: ¥4m in direct profit from process optimization, inventory accuracy improved from 95% to 99%, 100% timely transaction settlements, reduced refunds and inventory costs, and better customer experience.
