NetApp, Inc., a hybrid cloud data services and data management company, needed to better manage a vast, interconnected partner ecosystem — automating collaboration, consolidating heterogeneous partner data, enforcing multi-level security, and integrating with SAP Cloud Platform. NetApp selected WorkSpan Ecosystem Cloud (available on the SAP App Center) with SAP Commerce Cloud as the vendor to deliver a quick-to-deploy partner management solution.

SAP Commerce Cloud implemented WorkSpan Ecosystem Cloud to give alliance and channel managers tools for joint sales, marketing, solution development, and secure partner-specific information sharing with attribute-based access control via SAP Cloud Platform. The result was faster, more secure onboarding and scaling of partner programs, automated cooperation across partners, and improved ability to integrate diverse data — enabling NetApp to grow and engage its alliance network more efficiently.
