DAIMANI Disrupting the World of VIP Hospitality with a Digital Marketplace

DAIMANI, a Zurich-based startup transforming VIP hospitality, needed a single real-time marketplace to unify fragmented event, finance, sales and partner systems and remove language, pricing and payment barriers. To build that global platform, DAIMANI implemented cloud solutions from SAP, including SAP Commerce Cloud as part of its SAP Customer Experience stack, to support white‑label storefronts and integrated marketplace functionality.

Using SAP Commerce Cloud together with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Extension Suite and SAP Concur, SAP enabled DAIMANI to launch a centralized platform that supports bookings on six continents, >70 currencies, 30 payment methods and seven languages, with >800 event pages curated at go‑live and a 100% integrated IT landscape. SAP Commerce Cloud and the broader SAP integration stack standardized finance and automated order processing, sped fulfillment, improved customer personalization and helped DAIMANI scale globally while creating 30+ new jobs.
