BSH and Smartzer improve online purchasing experience through an interactive live shopping platform

The initiative made product discovery easier, enabled direct conversions from the stream, and delivered measurable impact — a 6% conversion rate and a 43% engagement rate from the first live event — while providing new insights to improve the customer experience.
