Bell Flight (Bell Textron Inc.), a long-established helicopter manufacturer, faced a fragmented customer experience with multiple portals for technical documentation, spare parts, training and support that created data silos and limited visibility across customer interactions. To provide a single, modern digital gateway for aftermarket sales and fleet management, Bell Flight selected SAP Commerce Cloud (along with SAP Service Cloud and PwC implementation support) to build a unified customer experience platform.

Using SAP Commerce Cloud, Bell Flight consolidated multiple touch points into one platform with single-sign-on and self-service capabilities, migrated 600,000 SKUs, and introduced subscription sales for technical maintenance manuals. The SAP Commerce Cloud solution also automated warranty creation—reducing the process from weeks to days—delivered a 360-degree view of customer engagements, simplified IT architecture, enabled faster deployment within 12 months, and created new revenue streams while lowering IT costs.
