Verdo is a Denmark‑based international energy and utilities group (500 employees, DKK 2.4 billion revenue in 2017) operating multiple brands across countries. The company was stuck on heavy, costly e‑commerce platforms with no integration to its Microsoft Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365 ERP systems, making multi‑shop campaign management and backend processes slow and inefficient.

Verdo chose Sana Commerce for its deep ERP integration and multi‑shop backend, launching its first Sana web store in the UK in November 2017. The new solution cut 11 clicks per order (about 0.5 FTE saved), improved campaign coordination across five shops, and delivered strong commercial gains: a 31% increase in conversion rate, 51% more time on site, 39% more content read — with two more Sana stores underway.
