Signature Floors is a family-run flooring supplier in Victoria, Australia, serving both residential and commercial customers and focused on delivering high-quality, innovative products. Their original e-commerce site—tied to an older Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP—was slow and unusable, so after removing it they faced strong customer demand for online ordering and were receiving only about 5–6 web orders per week.

Working with MicroChannel, Signature Floors implemented an ERP-integrated Sana Commerce web store customized to their modified NAV system. The result: a seamless, reliable site that now handles 80% of orders online, boosted weekly web orders from about 5 to 150, reduced customer calls and order errors, and increased staff efficiency and customer satisfaction.
