Tewipack is a 47‑year‑old family business specializing in adhesive technology for manufacturing, technical resellers and private customers, known for catering to complex, bespoke requirements. Since May 2019 Tewipack moved to Sana Commerce’s SaaS web store integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, eliminating ERP interface headaches and delivering B2B features like price scales, individual discounts and full order history. The solution reduced administration and technical upkeep, sped up order processing and customer support, and—backed by good data quality and experienced partners—became a central information hub for sales and technical teams, positioning the company to grow its e-commerce channel.
