PTL ONE is a 38-year-old wholesale and retail distributor serving the travel and leisure industry that prioritizes long-term customer relationships. After two prior e-commerce investments—one slow and poorly integrated with their SAP Business One ERP, the other customer-friendly but inefficient for the business—they sought a solution that would deliver real-time, customer-specific pricing, accurate inventory, and seamless ERP integration.
