Pepco is a 30-year-old, family-owned distributor of fuels, industrial supplies and HVAC products that pivoted during COVID-19 to manufacture hand sanitizer. Faced with a surge of orders and an overloaded back-office sales team, Pepco needed a fast, reliable e-commerce channel with direct Microsoft Dynamics NAV integration to minimize manual work, reduce order errors and enable a full business transformation rather than a temporary fix.
Working with Sana Commerce and ERP partner Createch, Pepco launched a Dynamics NAV–integrated web store in just 20 days by using a streamlined implementation and close cross-team collaboration (Createch often turned around ERP fixes within 24 hours). The result was real-time ERP integration, streamlined processes, greater operational agility and a complete go-to-market transformation — Pepco now plans to migrate all products online after exceeding expectations on speed, reliability and efficiency.
