Vittoria, a leading global manufacturer of bicycle tires and premium wheels using Microsoft Dynamics AX, needed a more flexible, secure and user-friendly way for customers and sales reps to place orders online. Their existing web-based ordering system was hard to use, lacked accessibility and role-based security was costly to manage, while sales and IT both wanted a single, ERP-connected interface to ensure one source of truth for product, pricing and inventory data.

Vittoria chose Sana Commerce for its out-of-the-box integration with Dynamics AX and launched a B2B web store across three regions in 2013. The integrated solution cut support calls and emails by enabling customer self-service, reduced customer-service workload, improved service focus, and boosted international sales—allowing Vittoria to handle more orders with the same team.
