Remark Groep is a Netherlands-based manufacturer and exclusive distributor of drugstore products operating internationally, running its business on Dynamics AX. The company needed a way to support sales agents in the field with an easy-to-browse catalog, the ability to place orders directly, and real-time inventory visibility — all while keeping master data centralized in their ERP.
They implemented Sana Mobile, a smartphone and tablet app fully integrated with Dynamics AX that pulls customer-specific prices, order history and live stock levels directly from the ERP and synchronizes orders back to Dynamics in real time. The app enables GPS-driven customer lookups, one-touch order processing, and tablet signature capture, eliminating manual order entry and empowering agents to sell more efficiently — creating a portable, low-resource online sales channel.
