Rauch Import is an Austrian wholesaler of printers, IT equipment and consumables with over 30 years’ experience, 1,200+ resellers and 60 employees. Their legacy web store was becoming outdated and costly to maintain, lacking key capabilities such as pricing algorithms, real-time inventory, customer-specific pricing and accurate shipping fees, so they needed a fast transition to a client-focused e-commerce solution.

They implemented Sana Commerce integrated with Microsoft Dynamics AX, allowing the web store to use ERP data in real time; the new store was set up in seven days. As a result Rauch Import doubled online sales, eliminated double data entry and related errors, and no longer needs continual costly upgrades.
