A Sana Commerce Case Study
PAUL HEWITT is a German fashion brand that sells watches, jewelry and accessories to consumers and a large dealer network worldwide. Rapid growth and the 2018 rollout of Microsoft Dynamics NAV exposed limitations in its original shopping‑cart e‑commerce platform, which was built for B2C and required costly B2B customizations, suffered from slow page loads, and lacked direct ERP integration so customers couldn't see invoices or delivery data online.
PAUL HEWITT replaced the legacy store with a Sana Commerce solution fully integrated with NAV, implemented on time with standardized project management. The switch cut costs and maintenance, separated B2C and B2B sites for better performance, enabled ERP‑driven transparency (invoices, delivery dates, returns), added personalized customer logins and sales‑rep functionality, and introduced features like requested delivery dates for better planning — with further gains expected as the company expands its use of Sana.
