ParTech is a Norway-based specialist in hydraulic components and systems, a certified Parker Premier Distributor serving small and mid-sized customers across Norway, Europe and North America. Facing rising B2B e‑commerce expectations, they needed a future-facing, ERP-integrated web store to display real-time stock and order information and let customers self-serve — capabilities their previous NAV 2017 setup and e‑commerce provider couldn’t deliver.

ParTech implemented Sana Commerce (v9.3.4) integrated with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, launching a custom-designed B2B web store in about 60 days. The new site lets customers view inventory and order history, create quotes and orders and convert quotes to orders, while custom features (like an image slider) improved the user experience. Results include higher customer satisfaction, time savings from automated updates and smoother operations, with plans to add a PIM and further customizations.
