Natura Europa, the European arm of Brazilian cosmetics group Natura (owner of brands like Aesop, The Body Shop and Avon) needed a fast, responsive e-commerce entry into Europe that would integrate with its Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP. Their existing web store was slow, poorly suited to NAV, and they aimed to migrate 200+ pages and launch quickly without heavy advertising spend.

They implemented Sana Commerce for native ERP integration, a responsive out‑of‑the‑box store and a sub‑3‑month rollout, simplifying content migration and marketing controls.
