Labelmaster, a North American provider of hazmat labels, UN-certified packaging, regulatory publications and compliance technology with more than 50 years in the market, had an e-commerce presence but relied on heavily customized, aging systems. Operating across 16 separate databases and multiple platforms caused data inconsistencies between catalog, web store and customer service, slow manual processes, and a lack of a single source of truth.
By implementing Dynamics NAV as its ERP and Sana Commerce for e-commerce (plus supporting add-ons), Labelmaster achieved full integration of systems and centralized content management. This eliminated duplication, cut maintenance time by one-third, enabled real-time order write-back to NAV (removing manual rekeying), reduced overhead, and delivered better transparency, analytics and a smoother customer portal for searching and buying products.
