How Kippie United B2B and B2C E-Commerce in a Single Platform

Kippie is a Dutch family-owned food company with 39 stores specializing in grilled snacks and ready-made chicken meals. Head office needed a single e-commerce solution to streamline both B2C and B2B order fulfillment, create an omnichannel customer experience (including advance orders), and integrate tightly with its Dynamics NAV ERP.

Working with Schouw Informatisering, Kippie implemented Sana Commerce to run two integrated web stores linked to Dynamics NAV—one for consumers and one for retailers. The platform automated order processing so all B2B orders are now placed online (saving head office 30–45 minutes per day), improved accuracy, doubled as a communication channel for retailers, and provided scalable, future-proof reporting and rollout capabilities.
