FACE supplies audio, video and lighting equipment across Europe and in 2012 decided to move into e-commerce to optimize order processing, display customer-specific pricing and bulk discounts, and increase revenue without an internal IT team or extra staff. The company needed an advanced but easy-to-use web store that wouldn’t require programming skills or duplicate data entry.
Sana Commerce, integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, provided that solution by pulling customer, pricing and discount data directly from NAV and offering a user-friendly front- and back-end for managing content and products. The result was a clear online product and availability overview, a measurable increase in orders, and a high-functioning, easy-to-manage sales channel implemented without additional headcount.
