Exalto is an international marine equipment wholesaler using Dynamics NAV whose outdated website no longer met customer and sales-team needs. They needed an online sales channel and a central, 24/7 accessible source of product information that would let customers browse a large assortment, view inventory and pricing for two locations, and place orders online.
Exalto implemented Sana Commerce (via partner WSB Solutions/Perfion) integrated with Dynamics NAV and Perfion PIM, creating one web store that delivers real-time ERP-driven product data, inventory visibility by location, and immediate order processing into Navision. The result is a single source of truth, reduced manual work and labor hours, easier in-house content updates, and higher customer and sales-team satisfaction.
