Euretco, the largest retail service organization in the Netherlands, needed to replace a bespoke order system when migrating to Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Its label division faced a complex two-part order process—pre-orders shipped in prepacks and after‑sales managed across many item variants—so the company required an online sales portal that could handle a high number of variables and integrate with the new ERP.
Euretco implemented Sana Commerce, which fully integrates with Dynamics NAV for real-time data exchange, multi-shop management, and support for multiple languages and currencies. The result is reliable stock visibility, simplified ordering (dealers can order multiple products on a single form), minimal failure rates, and largely automated international sales processes.
