Bierhandel de Wilde, a Belgium- and Netherlands-based beverage wholesaler using Dynamics NAV, wanted to launch a B2B web store to expand its reach and give customers self-service access to deliveries, invoices, stock and contract prices. The company aimed to modernize order processing and eliminate manual entry errors that slowed operations and caused mistakes.
Working with IT partner SDE, Bierhandel de Wilde implemented Sana Commerce for full ERP integration and automated order handling. The web store — rolled out to customers by email onboarding — cut manual data entry, reduced mistakes and man‑hours, and made invoices and product information available 24/7; it also expanded the company’s reach across the Netherlands and Belgium and received strong positive feedback from customers.
