How Berg Improved Efficiency And Its Customer Experience

BERG, a Dutch maker of pedal go-karts and trampolines active in 65+ countries, faced a growing e-commerce problem: its custom web shop didn’t integrate well with Dynamics AX, making repeat orders, order history and product access difficult for customers and forcing duplicate manual work across systems. About 40% of customers were ordering online, and BERG wanted a more reliable, user-friendly platform to improve service and internal efficiency.

BERG implemented Sana Commerce to provide a single source of truth integrated with their ERP, simplifying product data, orders and promotions while delivering a B2C-like shopping experience. Adoption rose from 40% to 60% of customers (target 70%), revenues grew through cross-sell and upsell, customer service improved, and the back office gained time to focus on outbound marketing and sales.
