United Pacific Industries, a California-based manufacturer founded in 1994 that designs and supplies over 20,000 replacement parts and accessories for commercial big rigs and classic cars, faced a stalled digital transformation after three failed Magento implementations. The company needed a dealer-focused B2B portal that would integrate with Dynamics NAV, scale with their business and deliver core B2B functionality beyond a simple online catalog.
In early 2020 United Pacific launched a Dynamics NAV–integrated B2B web store with Sana Commerce, delivering a modern, searchable dealer portal with dynamic pricing, strong out-of-the-box functionality and easy maintenance for marketing and sales teams. The new site drove immediate internal buy-in, improved dealer experience and SEO, strengthened client relationships, and produced in one year more progress than the previous 7–8 years of platform work — prompting plans for a second Sana-powered store for their classic car division.
