The company required a scalable solution that preserved customer data and history, supported country‑specific ERP processes, and improved transparency and customer satisfaction across Europe.

Sana Commerce provided an out‑of‑the‑box, customizable e‑commerce solution and rollout framework that enabled nine web stores to go live in 2020 (starting in Switzerland and France) despite COVID‑19. The new platform doubled customer order frequency, earned a 4.25/5 customer satisfaction rating, reduced churn by more than 25%, and prompted requests to expand to additional countries.
