With a premium focus on customer service, the company faced the costly risk of vehicles running out of fuel or breaking down; manual, line-by-line checks of fuel levels and engine warnings were time-consuming and unreliable.
ULC installed Samsara VG33 gateways and uses the Samsara Dashboard and Mobile App to pull real-time diagnostics from each vehicle’s port, receive instant SMS/email alerts for faults, and log service notes centrally. The automated visibility lets the team preemptively fuel and repair vehicles, saves hundreds of hours per year, and ensures on-time, issue-free service and greater operational confidence.
