LIMRE - Customer Case Study

LIMRE is a Mexico City–based waste management company founded in 2012 by José Ramón Moreno that has grown from one truck to more than 40 units. To meet customer expectations and manage operations efficiently, LIMRE needed a stable, easy-to-use fleet visibility solution that eliminated manual monitoring gaps, provided reliable GPS and camera feeds, and delivered clear maintenance and driver data.

LIMRE implemented Samsara’s AI dash cams, VG telematics terminal and cloud platform (available in Spanish), giving seven daily users second-by-second GPS, video, electronic logs and automated reports. The system automatically detects risky driving, produces driver safety scores, issues maintenance alerts for preventive repairs, and tracks hours and kilometers—resulting in improved safety and driver retention, reduced maintenance costs, faster operational monitoring, and a competitive advantage when selling services.
