Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) is an international healthcare accrediting organization with about 75 employees that produces a high volume of publications, training materials and marketing collateral. Its marketing team was inundated with requests handled by email, Formstack, and spreadsheets, creating missed work, no SLAs or ticket categorization, and mounting inefficiency—prompting ACHC to seek a more organized service management solution.
