Salt & Pepper was founded in 2011. Right now they have 27 staff members, 20 of which are developers. All employees work in their office in Tver, Russia and have extensive experience of working in teams. They focus on developing technical and soft skills of each individual developer. They nurture the culture of a small family-style studio with individual approach to each employee and client, and at the same time, maintaining a high quality of their work.
