UMA Home Décor, a 45+-year-old home furnishings brand that supplies retailers like Ashley, HomeGoods, and online channels such as Amazon and Wayfair, faced a severe content bottleneck as it launched roughly 7,500 new items a year (about 1,600 every few months). Each product required up to 20 channel-specific title variations and as many as 150 core properties, and manual processes meant it could take well over nine months to prepare product content, leaving inventory unsellable and limiting ecommerce growth.

UMA implemented Salsify PIM, Syndication, and AI-powered workflows to automate channel-specific title formulas, generate six reusable sentence types for descriptions, create SEO-friendly keywords, and trigger review alerts.
