Feizy, a Dallas-based rug manufacturer founded in 1973, faced a stalled ecommerce program after a long but never fully implemented Salsify PIM contract left the company without a centralized source of product truth. Working with Salsify under a 90-day re‑implementation push and naming Kemal Berek as a dedicated administrator, Feizy cleaned and standardized data, applied proper channel mapping, and centralized 20,000 SKUs in under 60 days. The result: error‑free uploads, Wayfair SKU builds cut from six hours to under 20 minutes, 47 live channels, 36 additional customer accounts serviced quickly, and streamlined inventory and order workflows tied to ERP pricing — enabling faster, scalable retail and marketplace expansion.
