Bizness Apps, a San Francisco–based DIY mobile app platform for small and medium businesses, had grown primarily through inbound leads but needed to add outbound prospecting to scale. Without a formal outbound process or a good way to coach sales reps, prospects were slipping through the cracks and management struggled to give consistent feedback.
In February 2015 they adopted SalesLoft to build repeatable cadences, automate tasks, and record calls for coaching, which streamlined SDR workflow and tightened coordination with their Save Team. In the following 10 months the team completed 500+ demos, added about $1M to the pipeline, closed roughly 25% of that to date (with expectations to reach 50–70%), and reported large time savings and improved sales efficiency.
