A Salesforce Case Study
The Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments (WY OSLI) manages 7.3 million acres of trust land whose revenues support public schools and institutions. Faced with paper-based procurement and land-management processes and limited funds from a statewide digitization initiative, leadership needed a flexible, all-encompassing solution that could support multiple programs and modernize workflows across the agency.
WY OSLI built an integrated application library on the Salesforce Lightning Platform—including the BidStamp eProcurement app and the SLAMS system—using low-code templates for fast, mobile-ready deployment, built-in collaboration, and ESRI integrations for richer land context. The new system made information easier to find, sped services, improved consistency and staff satisfaction, increased understanding and revenue potential from assets, and became a sharable, trailblazing model for other states.
